overview
This program is designed to introduce the sport of volleyball and the FUN of fitness. In addition to learning volleyball, the camp will strive to introduce volleyball concepts, develop foundational skills, and improve listening skills, all within a safe and social environment.
Now, combine fun, fitness and family into one dynamic event. The sessions will include:
- Introducing/Enhancing volleyball skills
- FUN volleyball drills incorporating team work, hand-eye coordination, and following instructions.
- Volleylites, 1st touch balls, & more!
